Meet Ben Leonard

Ben Leonard is a third-generation realtor.

He is also a ruthless Monopoly player; being obsessed with maximizing the selling and/or buying of a home is something he is passionate about,

and something that’s in his blood.

Joining RE/MAX Realty Specialists in 1999, Ben was able to gain extensive experience in the marketing and selling aspects of residential real estate. His early successes signalled Ben was on the right path.

A traveller at heart, Ben moved West and soon joined RE/MAX Professionals in Calgary, gaining exposure to a different type of market. Upon moving back to Toronto, he has consistently been among the top-producing agents with RE/MAX Realty Specialists, achieving a Platinum Team designation for the last several years.

Ben prides himself on the high level of service he provides, and the relentless work ethic that is at his core. 

When representing a buyer, he believes that a slower approach is better, especially in a fast-paced market like Toronto. He believes in education so that his buyer clients know as much as he does when the time comes to submit an offer. The concept of the more “no” properties a buyer sees allows them to recognise the “yes” when they come across it is prevalent in his style of ensuring a successful outcome.

Ben is a student of Mandarin Chinese, taught scuba diving in Thailand and lived throughout Asia for nearly three years. He is known for his love of food and spends most of his down time in the kitchen cooking with his incredible fiancée and kids. His passion for life is contagious, his enjoyment of people is immediately recognizable. Consequently, Ben appreciates the relationships he builds with his clients, who regularly become real friends.
